We received the following report from Cpl. Bill Lee to the Town Watch groups in Washington Township. Emphasis on selected keywords has been added. -MAB

Hello everyone,

I wanted to thank everyone who participated in the National Night Out event last week. This is a special night for our department and myself to see your commitment to our community. Again, the reason our community is safe is because our great relationship we have built and should be an example for everyone. Also, Class#4 of the Washington Township Police Academy graduated last week as well. The ceremony was packed with family and special appearances from our Mayor and State Assemblyman Paul Moriarty, Senator Fred Madden, Councilman Timmons, Chief Muniz and Deputy Chief D'Allessandro. The cadets did a wonderful job and will have a positive impact in our township.
