Landscape

2009.10.07 - We are one step closer to making our development entrance beautiful! The Landscape committee and Sawyer's Creek Homeowners Association board members have chosen New Dimension Landscaping (from three bids presented) to create "Horseshoe Garden" at the Huckleberry entrance and to create a beautiful border along the front basin also on Huckleberry.

See attached plans for a sneak peek. The projects are due to be finished by November 1.

Rules and Regulations

2005.01.22 - Currently Sawyers Creek has two rules in effect for the development regarding fence height and satellite dishes. Many members have expressed opinions that additional rules should be in effect. The board looks forward to hearing ideas from homeowners for new rules and regulations that will improve our development. Large vehicles, trailers, clotheslines, pet cleanup and more are all issues that could be discussed in this committee forum. Additionally the process of writing the rules and enforcing them needs to be established as well. To join this committee please send an email to Rocco Siravo at president@sawyerscreek.org.

Communications

2008.09.06 - The "front pages" of SawyersCreek.org have a new look! It's based on the "Gazetteer" template developed by Haran (see OSWD.org) and brings some advantages over the older design.

Pending approval from the Communications committee, the archived articles will eventually migrate to the new template. Until then, it would be helpful if you could try viewing the website in Safari, on your cellphone, iPhone or other browsers and let me know of any problems. I've tested the new pages in:

Development Oversight

2005.01.22 - As of January 1 the Development Oversight Committee has not officially had a meeting as a group but individuals have made some progress with tracking down many pending issues. A meeting with Mayor Moriarty and our Developer is in the works and should be scheduled in January. An official meeting with the entire committee will be planned soon. Further updates should be available by the next Board Meeting in March. If you are interested in joining this committee please email Rocco Sirvao at member@sawyerscreek.org.
