The Del Val Chapter of USABDA is a rapidly growing branch of a national, non-profit organization that promotes ballroom dancing both as a recreational activity and as a competitive sport. The benefits of ballroom dancing include social interaction, exercise, improved body awareness and coordination, the joy of learning, relaxation, and self-expression to beautiful music.

There are many benefits in joining USABDA. Members receive a discount at USABDA-sponsored dance events in the Delaware Valley area and across the country. You will also be connected with a supportive and diverse group of people who love to dance and socialize. And you'll have the opportunity to meet and work with a group of dedicated volunteers to bring dance into the community.
